I don't think for one moment Len is like Saville it was just a silly comment
It must be a headache for programmes like SCD making sure that presenters, judges and contestants aren't likely to go on trial for historic sex crimes.
I believe Abbey is a fully grown woman. I believe it was a funny comment rather than sleazy. I believe this OP is scraping the barrel.

it was meant just as a fun comment though the invite to his room too abby did come across as more sleazey than the invite he gave to alesha
I think a comment with any serious or sinister intent would not be made so overtly in a TV show.

It just seemed to be a joke, not a particularly good one, but nothing to get worked up about.
Oh I thought Len's comment was harmless, just a bit of fun. I sometimes cringe at some of the comments from the Italian judge, who, for the life of me, I just cannot remember his name!!!!
