Strange problem this and one that does not seem to be fixed by the wonderful google.
I have several BT Connect emails at work and have recently purchased new Nokia 520 for those users.
Trying to set their email up on the phone. It will not sync and says the password is incorrect.
This is trying via the advanced option on the phones and using the office365 setup instructions.
Google comes back with several sites where people have had problems but I have not been able to find one that comes up with a solution.
Any help would be appreciated.
