The US has the pilot episode of Once Upon A Time which my daughters are most disappointed as they would much rather have that instead.

I think Apple should offer a range of choices based on purchase history rather than a one-size-fits-all gift. If they offered me two choices I couldn't refuse I'd almost certainly buy the other.

Yeah stuff nobody would really buy. If they are going to give us songs for free, at least make them more recent ones. Not songs from 2-3 years ago.

I've not read it yet. I got it free on my kindle a few years ago and i've not got round to reading it yet.
