There'll be replies from those more knowledgeable and in the service area but..
looking at this http://www.ukfree.tv/txdetail.php?a=SD660144 the main muxes are transmitted at a power of 100,000W wheareas COM7 which has the channels you're missing is only 14,000W. What is the signal strength/quality on other channels and what type of aerial do you have and where is it located? Also to be taken into account is that the new channels broadcast in a different frequency band - COM7 is on channel 31- see this from Ofcom http://consumers.ofcom.org.uk/2013/0...d-freeview-hd/ and note: "In some areas, people may need to install a wideband TV aerial (if they do not already have one) to be able to receive the additional HD services reliably." BTW - try to (or ask the mods) to change your thread title to something that, at least, gives a clue rather than your name. You may get more replies that way |
