Hi, don't know if anyone can help.....

Last night I decided to upgrade my Android on my Sony xperia as I had a notification and thought I might as well. I think it was to Jelly Bean and then some numbers.

Since then my phone has had loads of problems...crashing during calls, texts not coming through and worst of all absolutely no mobile internet (WiFi still works though)

Totally at a loss as to what to do, can't seem to get internet whatever I do.

Any ideas? Thanks

Sony Xperia should be taken off the shelves. After one year on sale the Xperia U has been quietly removed from stock after all the huge advertising at the start.

They look nice when new, then as soon as you use them they run into problems.

Everytime, you head into a phone shop, the sales people will always try and flog you a contract with one of these phones.

Really? I've had mine since July and had no problems until now. I like the phone. It's not the u, can't remember which letter, not an expensive one though

I've got a Xperia and a friend of mine had one, both were almost useless within nine months.

Mine is on it's last legs and I'm getting another phone soon and my friends phone is sitting in a drawer unused. He's since bought an iPhone and is happy with it.

Can you check the APN settings are still present? Should be under Network, Access Point Names.
