So I just put in my X factor 2014 application. I was nervous enough filling the form out let alone singing on TV 🙈

Her audition of 'This Woman's Work' is great. She'll be the new Amy Mottram.

She is good but there is nothing different to her. She is plain. Like every other trained artist out there.

I wish people on X Factor weren't trained, and actually progressed throughout the show. That's why 2010 was such a good year. Rebecca Ferguson, Cher Lloyd, Matt and 1D - all raw talent.

Naomi would probably be like that

Matt was amazing but he had training of sorts...after an EP his original band were in was released they got help and a grant from Arts Council of England but it was earned because of the EP. He definitely deserved to win though...a lot of artists complain that X Factor artists haven't done it the hard way...Well Matt had done it for 6 years before The X Factor...so he paid his dues

Great Voice, Already writing his own songs, did his touring and not making any real money...or me e is the mot deserving Factor winner of all time even if he didn't get the usual Simon Cowell push post X Factor.

In the music theatre type I meant. Like hers. It's such a theatrical sounding voice. She should of gone on a "finding Maria" type programme. Her voice doesn't stand out.

What do you think of Naomi

Lord if this is what we may get next year I hope they both don't go through. Average and just boring vocally and got nothing which is rarely special about them

I just love the layers to Hope's voice. Her original another Level is a fantastic song, so much emotion. Simple song deep meaning

I love her voice too. Her cover of Sam Smith's song is fantastic. But it's nothing special. She wont go far.

She was already voted out of BGT, so it's pretty obvious.

This for me is where the programme is failing badly, cruise ship style singers who can hit the notes but are mind numbing, it should be encouraging raw talent, artists with a edge to their playing/singing/songwriting not wannabes who learned to sing in the shower or who are the main attraction on their local karaoke night. She's no worse or better than the rubbish on this years final 12, they all lack charisma & it's become so bad a high pitched fart would get a standing ovation, it's called X Factor & names such as Elvis,Bowie, Jagger, Mercury, Cobain, etc would spring to mind to define what the title meant not a bunch of soulless zombies shouting into a mic. It just seems to be attracting people who crave the idea of instant fame by-passing the hard graft.
