Precisely. There are alternatives to F and C There is NO excuse for using filthy language in front of children or in public. Unfortunately some people simply lack self control and then we get the old *It's OK, everyone uses it nowadays* chestnut. No, everyone doesn't and nobody in my circle does.

Excuse me, do not judge others (and especially not the entire world) by your own and Lucy's (low?) standards. My parents have NEVER sworn in front of me and I'd think twice before swearing in front of ANY member of my family...even though I do swear from time to time. All my friends and extended family are the same. Thankfully, swearing in front of a child is still beyond the pale for many. Good grief!
