Home Hub 5 Flaky WiFi?
Anyone else noticed the wifi on the HH5 is not right? It's not that it drops out it's more it's up and down like a brides nighty. Generally getting the speed back up involves changing the channel and then all is well for a few of hours before it goes again.
My HH4 always gave between 65 and 74Mbit where as the HH5 is between 10 and 72Mbit. I've a feeling it's due a firmware to sort it out. |

Is it swapping channels on the fly, same as the HH3?
If so, I recommend accessing the control panel and setting a fixed channel |

No the channels are fixed, first thing i always do.
I have a feeling it is faulty and i really regret selling my HH4 cos i have had nothing but trouble with the HH5 ill be honest, it seems really cheap and nasty. Thing is i cannot find a way to return the HH5 i paid for, there was no shipping or return documentation in the pack and i cant find anything in my account. |
