When did they decide to pull the plug on these? Even though it's a day late, I used to rely on it to see my local news, which can't be picked up in the town where I live. Instead, I have a choice of two BBC regional programmes, one bringing me the news from far away Derby and the other based in Leeds, which is so far away that I've never been there. Apart from that, I also like dropping in on the news from places I occasionally visit, such as the North Norfolk coast. If they were showing them all before, why have they suddenly dropped them, especially when they keep about twenty episodes of Sunday Politics.
