Mine's due to happen tomorrow, as I was already on 4G it's to be applied on my next billing date.
Everyone else should be able to ask for it now I guess. I'm now finding O2's 4G network expanding very quickly in Edinburgh and already overtaken EE's in terms of indoor coverage, but still a bit behind on outdoor including a huge coverage hole in the city centre and southside. Speeds are also overtaking EE's in a few places too, although both coverage and speeds are more consistent on EE. |

Well this didn't happen yesterday, phoned up again today and advised it will be starting tomorrow, and any customers with a bill date between 1st and 6th Jan get text messages with updates starting tomorrow as well...
