Also he states he couldn't understand why the camp mates were so worked up seemingly over Amy having extra bikini's. He said she was only 21 (that seemed to be his reasoning that the others shouldn't have been so icy with her,he keeps saying that) and that he just wanted to have a nice evening and tried to calm things down.

He's obviously denying it as he's terrified what Sam will do whenshe finds out.

It's like an eight year old trying to understand why grown ups might be a bit hacked off with his sixteen year old sister.

My thoughts too, is it just me but most of the reality show youngsters live in their own little worlds and don't know right from wrong

Did he say he'd noticed them being mean and despicable and (if we're to believe the Blessed Amy) almost like a lynch-mob while they were IN the jungle. If he only said 'after' then it means there was nothing worthy of note while they were in.

As has been said - a storm in a DD Cup prompted by the producers and milked for all its worth by Amy. Sadly - the other campmates were just too STUPID to just leave her to her own devices and let her get on with it. As it is - they've increased her fame by another couple of months!

Too true. I don't think stupid is fair for Rebecca though, she just showed she didn't really have a clue how it all works, and why should she really.


They should have been very polite to Amy, and made nothing of it. Giving Amy the attention is what she wants.

Amy's most interesting comment imho, was when she said to Al on last night's show that her additional clothing items had been approved. Although I think Amy can stretch the truth at times I have to say I believed that.

Then there's an obvious problem between him and his publicists, who are saying they are together.

Perhaps Joey just can't remember what he's supposed to say, and the truth leaks out.

I'm sorry, confused here - do you think Rebecca knows the ins and outs of publicity and self promotion in the 'celeb' world?

Sam is Joey's ex ............they aren't together anymore but it was all left on a bit of a cliff hanger in the best TOWIE tradition.

Although TOWIE is to a certain extent 'created and constructed' their relationship was very real, very genuine and very intense. It is rumoured that they split up because Sam was knocking Joey about.

I think Joe knows the score to be honest. Deny any relationship but act coy enough that people can say 'there's no smoke without fire', etc.

When the gullible have been milked of enough money buying OK magazine it will be evident that the pair were never together and Joey can say 'I told you so'.

That way everyone is happy and no-one feels like they've been ripped off.

I'm with Joey on this one...... I really can't work out why everyone built themselves up into such indignant rage over a young girl having a bit of lippy and a couple of bikinis in her bag. If she'd smuggled in food or a mobile phone, it would have been more understandable.

The repeated 'we can only survive this as a team' baloney - they're getting paid to appear on a TV show, its not exactly D-Day!

It works both ways though. I really can't work out why everyone built themselves up into such indignant rage over someone moaning about a lazy camp mate and taking over wiping up some dishes. If they'd beat Amy to within an inch of her life in the middle of the night using a sock filled with bars of soap it would have been more understandable.

As long as they didn't use contraband soap, of course.

I genuinely didn't hear that, and it sounds most odd. Why didn't she say that at the time? Rebecca: "How many bikinis have you got?" - which led to a rambling defence from Amy that they were not bikinis at all, but underwear. Why wouldn't she say, "They have all been approved, so sucks." - ? And why didn't she say so again later when they were all glaring at her about still having them?

I also heard Amy comment that the extra bikinis had 'been approved' and thought it rather odd. Initial thought s was that it was written into her contract that she could take the extras into camp but then could not understand why they were eventually declared contraband.

And confiscated.

I suspect porkies, it would hardly be the first time.

But she had any number of chances to mention it if it was in her contract. I just can't believe that. Why on earth would she deny having the bikinis at all, then meekly hand them in and (privately, in the BT, where no one else could hear her) beg them not to take the dinners away? Why wouldn't she say, "I've got permission for those bikinis"?

If she did say anything to Alfonso, which I missed, I can't see that she could have meant more than "but they knew I had the bikinis and didn't say a word about them for ages", which is true.
