No.

In the UK If she wins she get a hit album then that is it. Hopefully not though then in musicals like Brenda Edwards. She had a good voice too.

I actually think Sam could have a damn good go at Vegas but thats a way away yet !!

Cracking the US is only a measure of success for those who don't live there. The US is fickle.

Anastacia is one of the best artists from the US in recent years having finished something like 3rd in an MTV talent show yet she is barely recognized over there. She is very successful and has no need of US dollars.

However, breaking America is not necessarily a measure of ones success.

I doubt it very much but I know what you saying. Music Industry in the USA has always been fickle. Some artists have made a lot of dosh without breaking America

Why not. She's better than Susan Boyle.

I see Sam Baileys future in theatre, doing musicals to be honest.

Thats no bad thing.

No definitely not , she's not their cup if tea and after her first album here we will see her with Jane McDonald on loose women . Don't get me wrong she is an amazing singer but I can't see where her appeal will be when the show is over .

She could be the next Adele, it's unlikely but everyone said he same thing with 1D not having success now they're one of the biggest acts currently

I think Sam could do very well in the states with the right original songs by the best songwriters. Exactly as Sharon said last week. Incidentally, Sharon took me by surprise then, what sHe said was so astute, she dropped the names of all the big songwriters, showed she knowed very well what she was talking about and her industry knowledge appeared.

I'd almost forgotten what a successful manager she has been in her time after her pissed crazy rather flirtatious woman of a certain age who's faaaaabulous appearance of late!!
