I understand this completely in a way 'du*p' is more rude when you think about it.

Everyone can say the s word when they hurt themselves etc or without thinking but to actually say the word 'd*mp' the way she used it..nope not in a million years.

Advanced years ....how rude ...

Amy was VERY self assured, indeed, and self involved and insensitive.

I don't think she gave a damn that the others were fed up with the contraband or her laziness.

If she HAD cared she'd have bucked her ideas up, or given in the contraband.

What could she stand up about? 'I WON'T do any thing and you can't make me'?

'I will KEEP my makeup, whatever you say.'

She knew she'd look terrible if she'd gone that route, so she lied her head off, even to people who tried to help her understand.

And she lied ABOUT them too.

Wonderful.

No I meant when you say the s word when you hurt yourself nothing to do with 'defending Amy' is hardly a crime!

And that all turned her into a manipulative back stabbing liar towards Alfonso and a cheat with her contraband? She fed the three heroic men a dry eyed sob story. Mo was wrong in what she did. No-one else was.

I really don't give a s*** about swear words. Pedantic defense in the extreme now. Mo called Amy a c*** ?? apparently on this forum ,all imaginary and damning exaggeration.

Respectfully I disagree

That group resentment and gang mentality would have been intimidating for a girl that age,I think.

She DID go to them!! ITV2 showed it all. Dry eyed crying and all.As you continually dodge the question that Amy proved herself to most of the campmates and the public to be a manipulative liar, I can only assume that you disagree with them.

If she was intimidated, why didn't she just hand the stuff in and pull her weight?

She didn't and she wasn't intimidated at all. She was ANGRY with Alfonso for just telling her to give up the concealer, and she betrayed him, and lied about him.

If she had behaved decently, not lied and cheated and lay around all the time how do you KNOW there would be any gang mentality?

Other beautiful women have been very popular in the junge.

Answer - we don't know, but she would probably have been LIKED.

And I dispute that there even WAS gang mentality, that's an insult to them all, and they seem to have individually come to their ineveitable conclusions about Amy.

Even David and Kian found her exasperating.

I wonder why she has resoundingly proved herself to be the most disliked pretty woman ever on this show?

If it is the same conversation I'm thinking of,then Amy was criticising the beans and rice, not necessarily Lucy's cooking.

If it is the same incident where David and Lucy were discussing the beans and saying that they took too long to prepare,Amy told them about the way her and joey prepared them which was quicker ; they said did it taste ok and she said no it tasted horrible and said but so does-I'm not sure if she said Lucy's or the rice and beans taste like whatever - but basically she was saying regardless of which way it's done it taste horrible.

I have heard camp mate after camp mate say that they hated the rice and beans and will never eat another bean again.

At no time were they aiming their comments at the Cook; but this is the first time that a camp mate gets flack for saying it.”

Amy suggested a quicker way to cook the beans. Lucy said she had been told they tasted like shit cooked that way and that she would cook them by the usual longer method. To which Amy said they still taste like shit. That's rude and ungrateful.

So what if the campmates said they'll never eat the beans again. The discussion was on the question of the method of cooking and Amy's rudeness.

It would appear your standards are the only standards. I've seen you call a few posters rude, for nothing more than a yawn, saying somebody was advanced in years and a few other things that escape me.

Do you say rude things?

Everyone can also use the word sugar or ouch!

What about when Steve used the word 'shit' is that as 'rude' as 'dump'?

Whether or not we use these words in our everyday lives is not the issue. Neither shit nor dump were bleeped out, so I assume the general consensus at ITV is that these words are not 'rude'.

Who's to say that those that you are calling rude are not also'tongue in cheek'?

Also I haven't found anything tongue in check about most if not all your post about Amy. They've been mostly rude.
