I thought this episode was one of the better offerings of the concept.

Thought Rob Beckett was funny. Thought Connaty was ok despite almost overdoing the dumb blonde routine. Jon got a nine letter word - finally.

I heartily concur. Nothing hotter than a funny, sweet lass. Gorgeous face too. Wouldn't get bored in a hurry.

Aisling Bea's on this Friday's show. Last time she was on Rachel seemed to think Aisling was her arch enemy.

There's only one way to settle this;

Jelly wrestling!

Well she is in a kind of way as they are both young, attractive females.

Oh get that Joe Wilkinson off. So not funny and talentless.

Everyone else seems to enjoy him on the show.

I don't. When it's time for him to come on, I just turn off. It's not worth the trouble of using fast-forward to try and glean any remaining bits of entertainment, and the final scores are of no interest since it's not a serious contest.

I mean the people on the show find him funny and personally I do too!

I remember things got a tad snippy last time. Still, should be a good show with her and Reg on it though - until the last ten minutes of course.

So you just prefer regular Countdown then?

I think it's the strongest panel show on TV at the moment. I used to only watch it when decent guests were on but even when the likes of Jack Whitehall are on it is still really funny.

I think Joe Wilkinson is great, and it is a perfect part for his comedy. However, I totally see why others don't like him - he is an acquired taste that's for sure

Aisling Bea vs Rachel Riley? Rachel every time!

Didn't think Reg was very funny. Never do tbh.

Needed more Roisin Conarty

Quite enjoyed it! Did laugh when Aisling thought she had the number but Jon put her right!

His entire act (and possibly life) seems to just revolve around point out the differences between Black people and White people and Americans and anyone else.

Gets to sound like one big chip on his shoulder after some time of it. That or giving the impression that Black people/Americans are superior.

Far too much Wilkinson in tonight's episode - I forwarded a lot more than I normally do. Decent apart from that though. Reg didn't really have a chance to get going i felt and Aisling looked beautiful as usual!
