Just wondering if anyone has watched the wright stuff since matthew has returned from the jungle and if anything interesting has been said about it. I would watch but the thought of having to listen to and see matthew so early on in the day is enough to make my blood pressure go through the roof lol

Saw a second of it this morning talking about obesity or something like that. Turned it over though as I can't stand seeing his smug face!

BIB would suggest that nothing that was said would be anything that you would consider interesting.

I have never properly watched an 'I'm a Celebrity' before, only seen random episodes here and there.

To my shame I USED to watch 'The Wright Stuff' nearly every day and liked Matthew That's the only reason I tuned in to I'm a celeb this year, because I wanted to see how he came across.

Well.

I don't dispise the gentleman but neither do I like him anymore, lets put it that way. I had decided in my head he was very much a left wing liberal nice guy who was also witty and intelligent.

He may well be left wing still,I don't know tbh,but he came across as cruel, bitchy and impatient. And there was no genuine wit on display either,he only mocked other people. And THAT bikini thing mocking Myleene Klass was cringeworthy.

He wasn't mocking Mylene
He was taking the P out of the fact the cameras zoom in as soon as a woman goes in the waterfall to get washed... It was a joke nothing more nothing less

Of course he wasn't mocking Myleen, Dear god! It was so funny and Myleen loved it. He gave a good account of his time in the jungle on Wednesday. He said and I agree that his concern was for Lucy and Rebecca because of how they have been wrongly portrayed and attacked. I also totally agreed with the comments he made in the jungle about Amy. He summed her up very well, him of course being one of the campmates with team spirit and willing to work while Amy got her tan and make up just right.

I will have to watch his show on catch up from Wednesday ... His bikini moment was funny and reflected what all the camp mates said about him... That he was a good laugh..sadly we never got to see the fun they had

It was very funny and I was surprised no man had done it before. Good for him...Sadly we didn't see much fun. I would advise the producers of this show never to go into stage pantomime production. They failed spectacularly with this miserable and tedious shambles.

Yes Betty,I know that.
He gets on well with Mylene, she has been on his panel all week. I understand perfectly well he was not mocking Mylene as a person, but the concept of the 'bikini girl shot'

I still would have rather he hadn't bothered.
I just thought it was obvious and tacky.

Couldn't agree more. One of the unfunniest things I have had the misfortune to witness in the jungle.

I'm just so glad he's back on TWS. I've found him better than ever since he's been back (and really showed Madeley how its done). I was very impressed that just three hours after touching down in the UK he was suited and booted and totally tuned-in to the subject matter of the show. Back to work as normal for Matthew - but then again - he does have a job to go back to. Some have just make do with standing around posing and opening a few envelopes!

SPOT ON!!! It would seem that much fun was had round the campfire yet what editors served up was a Joey Amy BOREFEST!!! So pleased their chosen one didn't win, the GBP are not so bad after all.

The GBP realised they were being fed a lie when a few camp mates came out and said how much fun they were having ..laughing and joking round the camp fire each night ... Not the phoney Amy/Lucy story they were feeding us

Matthew said on his show that the "bad feeling" was inconsequential (or words to that effect), and not the big story. There was resentment about Amy's non working and other behaviour and so comments were made, but he said words to the effect that it was not the big deal or pervading issue in camp as portrayed. I liked the way he stuck up for Lucy and Rebecca, and I was also pleased to see him say that he did not regret going into camp as it had made him face up to being afraid. Not just of creepy crawlies but other stuff. He was now able to acknowledge publicly (instead of hiding behind jokey anti children comments) that he and his wife are going through IVF.

He may not have been everyone's cup of tea but I like him and thought him brave to do the show.

Shame, as others have said, that viewers were not given a "proper" show to watch and instead fake drama over nothing.

He said he felt he came out of it better than some others like Lucy and Rebecca who he said have been portrayed wrongly.

I din't think it's something KIan would do.

I found it a bit ironic that he was mocking the way the camera's gave the bikini shots airtime, while grabbing a huge amount of airtime for himself.

I don't have strong feelings about him doing it one way or another. I didn't find it very funny and I don't think I would if anyone else had done it.

The funniest moments in the jungle are usually a bit more spontaneous.

I didn't know who Matthew was as I had never seen his show and I certainly won't bother now. I found him incredibly borish in the jungle and a bit of a big head and I honestly found the bikini thing really embarrassing and quite cringe worthy. Certainly couldn't see anything funny about it.
