Gary Barlow feels disappointed about failing to mentor a winner

I do not think he should feel bad. There are a lot of mentors, who have not mentored winners, while on the show. Paula Abdul,Britney Spears, Melanie B are a few mentors, which spring to mind. Gary's acts have still managed to reach the semi finals and finals before, which is better than nothing. |

He wasn't handed great categories to be fair to him. Marcus Collins and Christopher Maloney both overachieved in fairly weak categories, and Rough Copy (who are a good group) had tough opposition against powerhouse Sam Bailey and Nan's across the country favourite Nicholas.
