I think most who go on This Morning mime, don't they? It's likely more to do with the studio and set up and less to do with the singer having much control over it, I would have thought. Similar for Daybreak/Lorraine where the majority of acts mime.

I really don't get why Leona appears to be so disliked on DS, with people calling her boring at best and actively wanting her to fail at worst. No singer will ever be everyone's cup of tea but some of the spite flung Leona's way baffles me.
