I've got absolutely no interest in the other Christmas specials (don't have the complete seasons either) cos tbh I've thought they were a bit meh. Especially 'The Doctor, The Widow and the Wardrobe'. I would have happily bought 'Time of the Doctor' as a stand-alone Blu-Ray release, as I did 'Day of the Doctor'. Seems that won't be an option for me.

Very poor marketing move on the BBC's part I think.

Given the price, it's more like the other episodes are bonuses. What would you expect to pay for a DVD release of the christmas special? about £12 probably. it's RRP is £13.99 so I think even if you only need or want time it's still great. It would be different if it was £20 or more but it costs about the same as a vanilla release would so I can't see why the complaints

Price on BBCSHOP for the Blu-Ray is £17.50. I paid £11 for Day of the Doctor. Not really interested in paying another £6 over that for stuff I don't want. Yes, it's not a lot in the grand scheme of things but to pay for content that I'll never watch just rubs me up the wrong way.

Can't see it on Amazon UK yet. If the price drops I might consider it.
