  • I'm A Celebrity, Get Me Out Of Here!
What was missing this year

Was the severe lack of alcohol to the celebrities. A lot of the earlier series you would see them sitting round the campfire getting tipsy on a glass of wine. If I remember rightly a big factor on Kerry Katona winning was her getting a bit drunk and being very funny in the process.

Please next year give them their booze back!

I'm not so sure it would have been a good idea. If they'd had booze Amy would have had her head stuck down the dunny by the samp mates. What's more, the producers would probably have rewarded the other CM's with extra portions for dinner

The producers SHOULD of taken meals off the camp when contraband was still in the camp...and also they should f shown us more of the real camp not some manufactured story...

They should have shown the fun stuff, the sitting round the campfire getting on - but that doesn't make headlines.

Manufactured stories blown out of all proportion does so that's what they fed the viewers, I'm guessing if their much wanted fauxmance had started we'd not have had so much of the manufactured story because they would have focused on 2 loved up people (insert vomit smilie here)

Definitely on both points

Think the point I'm trying to make was some of the best highlights for me over the years has been them all sitting round the campfire at night slightly tipsy and entertaining each other.

It has certainly not been a forced romance, somebody showing how thick they are and a whole load of bitching. Some of the reasons why I got bored halfway through this year.

Can you imagine what Vincent, Annabel and Matthew would have been like after a few?......none of it forced!

Missing for me was a real hunk,,I like Vincent but... maybe we were spoiled last year with David Haye in the shower and also Mark Wright when he was on but i've got abit used to the male totty. Kian doesn't do it for me.

Apart from that I quite enjoyed it

The tasks were too easy, although to be fair in the last few years the contestants have been wimping out of them so maybe the production crew didn't make as much effort.

There wasn't really anyone controversial and they were too well fed and therefore there wasn't the stress leading to arguments.

Agreed, the one that Laila did was so bloody easy . I think tensions rise when there is less food around

Very true and they wasted time showing what we had seen the night before. We saw each trial twice.

I agree with most of the above. Fun was missing in favour of a ridiculous school yard ,manufactured story line. Two tedious, unfunny ,untalented and uninteresting people rammed down our throats who, Hey Presto, apparently have an ITV series lined up. That should be worth a miss. It was a breath of fresh air to see the others ,having chats, laughing etc. only occasionally, of course. The awful ITV2 programme showed tiny clips of so much fun. Worst series ever.

Im a newbie to this show but Id like to see adventure, bit more thrill. Eating bugs and crawling around rats and snakes are not what I consider thrilling moments. More dare for me. Real jungle life like Indiana Jones and fun.

Lack of 'scared celebrities' who get picked to do nearly every trial and end up only getting 2 or 3 stars.

THIS! It really needed a Nicole, Helen or Gillian. The fact they were too well fed meant that there was nothing really to argue about - so the producers inflicted that bloody awful Amy palaver on us!

I hated how comfortable everyone seemed to be. They were all too well fed and if they did more than sit smoking, bitching and sunbathing we never got to see it. Imo thing like cigarettes should be rationed and when contraband was discovered meals should have been taken without giving them 50 chances to hand it in. I didn't like the halfway holiday either, I think if they were to win a night of luxury it should have been something still in the jungle still but nicer than the regular camp.

I wish there would be more variation in the tasks too. No matter what it was they seemed to add bugs to it and that just got dull. Everytime Ant and Dec said there would be a "surprise" in the challenge it didn't take a genius to work out it would just be another bloody cockroach. I prefer the ones where they have more of a physical challenge or they face a different sort of fear like when they used to have them dangling from a helicopter.

There's no satisfying some people. You had Matthew Wright with his premeditated ridiculous Myleene sketch.

Some nice looking girls with personality and guts would have been nice too. Girls like Stacey Solomon and Ashley Roberts - instead of pretty girls who cry at every opportunity!

Maybe they weren't that interesting round the camp fire. There were no naturally funny people in camp this year maybe that's why they concentrated on Amy V the rest of the camp.
