Three home signal not connecting
I received my home signal box today but the thing isn't connecting.
It went from red to rapid green flashing. I've tried rebooting, waiting and resetting but no joy. It's plugged into a sky hub, do I need to open and ports or activate the device online? Apparently my number was authorised when they ordered the box for me. Thanks |

Try putting your home signal box on DMZ zone on your router first to rule out a issue with the box DMZ is a straight throught basically to the internet.
The ports that need to open will be 53,80,443,123,500 & 4500. |
