Three home signal not connecting

I received my home signal box today but the thing isn't connecting.

It went from red to rapid green flashing. I've tried rebooting, waiting and resetting but no joy.

It's plugged into a sky hub, do I need to open and ports or activate the device online?

Apparently my number was authorised when they ordered the box for me.

Try putting your home signal box on DMZ zone on your router first to rule out a issue with the box DMZ is a straight throught basically to the internet.

The ports that need to open will be 53,80,443,123,500 & 4500.

it can take up to 24hrs to connect from you receiving it the flashing green light is to let you know its tring to connect to the three servers via internet its says in the paperwork 15 mins sometimes you need to reset your router first

I got my Home Signal box 2 weeks ago and had exactly the same problem. After a couple of hours I rang the Home Signal box helpline, was told to do a reset while they did something on their end. Ten minutes later I was up and going.
Like yourself my box was pre-registered with my number but I am on a BT Hub.
