Now that Ashley has gone my votes are going to Abbey. For me she is the only one of the finalists who has show most improvement since week one.

Same as last year then...

Both Abbey and Sophie are boring get over it.

Characterization is a key part of dancing.

If the best dancer would be to win it would be Natalie, but it's about partnerships and hers is none existent.

Started the series as a big fan of hers (OK I fancied the pants off her) but have gone off her week by week - as the dancing gets worse the burning increases

I hope you are not implying that what Susanna does is 'characterisation'.

How when interviewed after beating Natalie to avoid the dance off does she not look more embarassed ? I'd be mortified if somebody clearly so much better than me was put in the dance off.

I must admit over the last couple of weeks I have really gone off her. I thought in her latin dance last night her smiling was so forced. It was look at me I am really enjoying myself. Perhaps she is getting tired and feels that she has to always be smiling. Even Craig commented on it.

If she does win it will be unfair on the better dancers but unfortunately this is the nature of the show so we have to accept it.

Well the best singer won X-Factor so we can hope.

Sorry she is cold and technical so although her steps are precise the emotion is missing. Shame really

You shouldn't vote for someone purely to stop someone else from winning, it might stop the person you want to win having a fighting chance.

What we should be campaigning for is the Beeb to release the public voting figures week by week, complete breakdown of the figures to include phone calls and online.

Oh, and while we are at it, make people register to vote so we don't have this ridiculous I voted for such and such 7 times and gave the rest to blah. How about each voter has to score every dancer out of ten, just as the judges do. With modern computer systems and smart programming, the score would be in, in a jiffy.

Nope seems that way. Can't like someone the masses don't! ((been reading long enough to know that))

Given that Susanna is probably on the permanent payroll of the BBC and they are doubtless paying all her expenses (as they probably are for the rest of the contestants), is she donating any money she gets for appearing, to charity?

Why would she do that? She works part-time for the BBC, but working on the show doesn't overlap with that work. I would imagine she's self employed and has a contract, rather than being on the payroll.

It wouldn't bother me, but you weren't too keen on people speaking "positively" about what they thought, on this thread you started, were you?

You do make me smile.

Positive doesn't mean negative, does it? That thread was merely highlighting the fact that Susanna is subject to attacking on here. It wasn't my intention to rally lots of positivity for her, just to indicate that maybe things go too far sometimes. I honestly don't want to start an argument, just make my point.

Why should she. some contestants have made it clear they are donating to Charity but most haven't.

If Susanna said she was giving to charity then you can be sure that the DS would just regard this as another tactic to garner votes.

You're making me smile again.

People can be positive, that all their thoughts about someone of whom you seem particularly enamoured, are negative.

So, is she or isn't she?

That's all I wanted to know.

a dreadful messy samba, the usual gurning and really glad Craig pointed that out. Can't believe she didn't go instead of Patrick. Kevin's dancing is far too fast for her and his legs in that samba! She can't keep up with him but I'm glad that mrs cocky has a dance partner who can show her up

Oh right, forgive me for not understanding your context. It may have come across that way, but I assure you that's not what I meant. Obviously, I understand that not all opinions of her are negative and I'm glad they're not, all I was saying was that sometimes it does seem as if she's particularly disliked by a few people.

Look, I know you are trying to patronise me, but I truly don't want to argue with you anymore.

Not a clue & I don't regard it as being any of my business either to be honest.

Somebody said on another thread that Susanna will stomp around and Kevin will jump out like Cato and prance around her. Had me in stitches
