It's hardly Susanna's fault Natalie hasn't connected as well with the audience. Susanna thanked her supporters and hugged Kevin. The smug witch!!!11!!

If Natalie is "the best dahncer evah <3" then why aren't the public giving her enough votes to save her from the DO when she is on top of the leaderboard? Strictly isn't purely about technical dancing ability, and never has been. If it were, it wouldn't have lasted as long as it has and to such success both here and worldwide.

I very much doubt she can win unless she dances better than before and that seems unlikely given her form. I reckon Sophie and Abbey will be top two.

I love Susanna's gurning. Doesn't make me vote for her, though

An obvious reason why she shouldn't win then.

Or maybe the colour needs adjusting on your TV

Quite liked SR as a breakfast show presenter but I just get that overwhelming feeling that since being announced that she was going to be on SCD that she is desperate to win & is always trying to underplay that fact, as each week has gone by that feeling has not gone away, on Saturday she seemed more desperate than ever with the most awful gurning I have witnessed since the World Championships in Cumbria back in 2007.
Also when she appeared on that SCD special last year I suspected at some point she may be in the competition proper at some stage, as a BBC employee it would not surprise me that she knew she was going to be a contestant at least nine months ago & had had lessons before it was announced she was on the show.
Would I prefer a better dancer to win ?
Or I would prefer someone not quite so desperate to win
Either way that its not SR

I must have missed them while I was looking at her feet. She does smile a lot and I quite like that, I enjoy watch someone who seems to actuallu like what they are doing as opposed to Sophie's 'too cool to care' attitude. Although I will admit I think I saw a smile on Sophies face once or twice this weekend.

Only the British would find a way to put someone down for being happy.

If she does win it will be unfair on the better dancers but unfortunately this is the nature of the show so we have to accept it.”

Then blame the people voting for her. All she is doing is the best she can. Its not her fault if people want to vote for her. Those votes don't belong to the 'better dancer', Whoever that might be. They belong to the people who vote for her.

I hope you donate half your salary plus any bonuses you make to charity Doghouse.
I don't give 50% of my income to charity myself, I admit it. I have two charities I support, but to tell the truth that's my business. Just like Susanna's charity giving is her's and none of your's. I don't really want to know how much you give to charity, like Susanna's, it's none of my business.

I am feeling more than Abbey will win now, I think if it is Abbey and Susanna in the final 2, many will switch from voting for their evicted favourites to voting for Abbey.

I'm sure Abbey will win as well. The public tend to see sense during the final and vote for the best dancer, the only exception being the year Chris Hollins won. However that was a protest vote I believe. The judges are much nicer now than they were then.

I'm sure there will be a predictable meltdown in here on Saturday if Susanna does win though. Lots of "I'm never watching again" complaining.

Must admit I voted everyone but her in an attempt to make a difference LOL. Don't have anything against her as such, I just don't see what the judges do.

Picked up on a reference on the Broadcasting forum to the effect that complaints have been made to the BBC regarding the breakfast show plugging SR, maybe to the exclusion of others.
The complainee implied it was advertising. I watched it this morning, they started with Sussanah then quickly named the others.

Well if the public see sense during the final Natalie will win, if not Abbey of course.

And the year Darren Gough won, and all the other years the best dancer didn't even get to the final

I would love to know who voted for Darren Gough?

First time I have posted on these forums, Ive been surprised by some of the vitriolic comments about the remaining celebrities, but now the final is looming, I for one, and many of my family and friends will vote, for whom we feel is the best dancer, NOT most popular, and I truly hope if Natalie doesnt that Abbey does, because however lovely they both are, Susannah and Sophie arent in the same league, though I really think they have brought something special to the series.

Good Luck Susanna and Kevin in the final, after reading such negative and downright vile openions about you ... I hope you do well. Sorry I wont be voting for you as I already have a 1st and 2nd fav if 1st goes out, but give it your all and you might convince me to change my mind

I didn't actually I wasn't very invested then. I actually wanted Zoe to win but I did vote for Darren on occasion I always thought Lilia was very clever with what she choreographed

I did on occasions because I thoroughly enjoyed watching him dance, the same as I voted for Colin Jackson on occasions and also for Zoe Ball.

Me!

Liked Colin too, but I think I only ever voted for Darren. I voted for all the winners until Kara's year and then stopped voting except for in the final.

I did and proud that I did. I am very VERY tired of him being criticised on here, it makes me wonder if people actually watched his series. Craig thought his latin was terrific. Lilia choreographed a professional stndard waltz for him with difficulties in steps which nobody this year has matched, as well as generally very entertaining (and difficult)routines. Look at his jive and see his kicks and flicks. He had content all the way. They were great fun to watch and his progress was fascinating. Zoe and Colin, especially Zoe had big technical faults like gapping which weren't picked up on as much by the judges and Zoe especially was overmarked a lot. Also very desperate which was off putting. I still love to watch the group salsa, Darren is fantastic in it. He also did more than any other winner to encourage people to dance, which surely deserves some credit.

I think that would be case if ANYBODY wins other than Natalie.

Well said Nancy, I loved watching him turn from being a bit of a lad and a joking messing about cricketer into a fairly competent dancer who had, quite clearly, utterly fallen in love with it.

Much of what is on here looks like the dirty tactics frowned on in election campaigning
