Completed the Downforce pack and halfway through the Midnight one. I hope whoever bought the Koenigsegg One:1 in real life was offered an optional extra of a clean pair of pants, never at any point, even in a straight line, do you feel like you're in control. Then to top it off they dump you on a sodding wet SKN track, so it's basically like driving on glass!
That Dusk 'Til Dawn event is going to hack me off in the Midnight pack. 13 laps and you have to beat 9 face offs set by DC, I was on the last lap of the whole thing with 1 face off left to do and I stuffed it up on the last corner. So that means I'm going to have to do it again to get that star and then yet another go at it, because there's no way to be in the top 3 and concentrate on the face offs within the same attempt. ![]() Rather than fly into a mono-syllabic rage I decided enough was enough and rage-quit instead. |

Had 2 attempts at the drifting challenge and gave up as the leaderboards aren't updating so there's no point. I waited to see if the score updated, checked the leaderboards & started the challenge again but my score never updated
http://youtu.be/SwrU6rTxD1A At least it's a nice easy score for people to beat so the don't finish bottom! |

The challenge has done my head in. That age old grief of scoring higher all over the shop, but an inability to string it all together in one attempt.

I spent over 20 complete Laps (and many incomplete laps) trying to grab the no.1 slot from 2nd, I'm done for now, my brain is fried...

I thought it wasn't updating yesterday when it wouldn't change after the event or when I restarted but usually it updated after my next attempt.

Awesome. One more for the championship
![]() I'll have to get a lot better lol. I've had a few races in the tour and it's fun but a couple of questions, can I change the view? I've never been a fan of driver view. If not, can I flip the sun visor down? A long shot I know but the sun really glares and I didn't notice a corner once or twice, but I suppose I can counter that by keeping an eye on my map. Also I didn't expect the other racers to just barge me in the back lol but it gave me a small speed boost so couldn't complain.Oh and what's the deal with the club's, what do they get me? |

The sun glare is a b1tch. Get used to it. Good luck with the map watching option. The other racers are unbelievably ruthless on the road. That's what drugs do to ya. You need to join a club to get access to some of the cars. "Digital Spy1" has a free space if you want to join us. |

Yeah, I think you need to stay logged on (but even that's no guarantee when they're playing up).
Yuffie - are you going to post the standings after the last event or just wait until the drift one finishes ? |

I thought they'd revised the drifting scoring system so you couldn't do that over-arcing drift thing?

So annoying trying to force the crappy little hot hatch to do what you want.
I'm sure it would destroy all the speed zones, but these are all my bests in each drift bit... 1st drift - 1220 2nd drift - 1981 (and I didn't get reset so had speed for the next zone) 3rd drift - over 1400 4th drift - 1661 (again no reset) 5th drift - over 900 (over 700 is the usual limit with less speed after a really good 4th drift) At least I've moved up to 3rd for now, so GingerWarrior won't be seething about that measly 1 point difference now.
