Well it's not quite the potential 1:04.887 available if I hit all my perfect sectors, but hopefully that's that now there's only about 30mins remaining.

Just don't pick that feckin Renault Twin Cam again. For the love of God don't pick it. Pick a drift event. You're good at those

Could've had 1:04.710 in the end. I see the WR for that combo is a 1:05.1XX, hmm might have to muster up the effort to steal that at some point.

I liked the little Twin Run...eventually.

It'll be a point to point race. It's not the twin run, but it is in the same class. ( super ).

Well done Lisa, I had hoped to hang on! Only just home so won't get a chance to reply! Our battle continues

Challenge sent, if anyone doesn't have it, let me know.

Track: Chile, Putre, reversed.

Conditions: Dry. Starts day, ends night, with some annoying sunlight for good measure.

Car: Caterham SP/300 R

I checked and although it's one of the faster cars I know that a level 11 player can use it, so it should be ok for everyone.

I think I could have easily broken the top 10 in the last event if only I'd done more than 2 laps!
There couldn't have been much time to find on that track as I ended up only 2.5 seconds off the lead.

I was on for such a good time and totally cocked up the last corner, pretty much coming to a standstill. I hate those last turns actually. Also the one where the sun blinds you is a pain.

I like the handling of the Caterham though.

Took me a few goes when setting the challenge to get the timing of that right!

Not that bad compared to my 3:12.xxx

I claim last place on this challenge. My only hope of 'points' is a lack of participants.

Urgh so much swearing. Time found here, time lost there. I kinda thought I had this locked in before seeing today's leaderboard.

Is E5 still top? I had a quick blast on it this morning, his first sector was relatively slow, but he took the corner at the end of it superbly, setting himself up for a great 2nd sector, and he took the end section really well. His time was 2nd globally for the car/track.

Am I still ahead of Yuffie ?

Not any more he isn't. I beat his middle sector with a 55 flat once, but then I stacked it in the gravel on the last but one corner. On my lap just, I was a smidge better than his last sector, but it was nearly a second better than the last sector on my previous best lap!

Oh FFS! I was going to say you were still ahead of Yuffie, but now he's plucked a lap from nowhere.

My poor dog jumped out of her skin with the shout I did after getting that time. I had a poor enough second sector too but for once the last sector came together nicely.

Well that's annoying, not sure if I'm going to get a chance to get on the PS4 tonight.

Will take a look at the times when I get home to see if I think I've got a chance or not.
