Still offline whilst I change the drive to 2TB and back up old info. Hope I didn't do too bad in the challenge, I was distracted by those Lambo's!

Both packs done 100% The wait goes on for the game update that'll include more accolades, even DS3 is starting to run low!

Peugeot really shouldn't be allowed to make cars... that Onyx Concept is so much of a concept that they forgot to make sure it could brake and steer at the same time. As soon as you touch the brakes, it develops the turning circle of a flatbed truck!
Oh I really like the Onyx. It's like driving a really fast and surprisingly nimble tank.

I quite like driving it as well but it is one ugly beast.
Kind of looks like it was rendered for last gen too!

Anyone else getting a bit fed up that just about every tour event now seems to be raining?
Whilst I do love the rain effect, as the saying goes, you can have too much of a good thing!
Some cars are better than others for driving in the wet too, it's not much fun when the car is looser than the cast of Geordie Shore.

They've been doing server maintenance, so that's probably why times weren't registering. There's still 5hrs left on it to make a difference. 3rd will do for me, it's just too bloody annoying. As it stands, I'll be going into the last challenge with a 26 point advantage anyway so I've got this Championship won with an event spare!

Congratulations claymore, a well deserved win with a great time. I tried for hours last night and couldn't get anywhere near you.

Congrats on the win. The challenges for me are about pushing myself so i can take some of the things i learn into the tour and improve in that also. Managed to improve my time a little not as much as earlier when it didn't register but improvement still.

My time registered in the end Next challenge has been sent. Venom Hotlap 2 in the dark & pissing rain

I can only get the 2 stars in this event.

This is the final event of the tour. If anyone new wishes to participate in the next one, leave your name here. This tour ends on Monday night so the new one should hopefully start soon after

Thanks guys - I finally won a challenge, and my first WR too. woo hoo!

Now I just need to stay within one place of e5 on the new challenge - thanks for making it an easy one OMTT!

And Yuffie, look on the bright side, at least you've got some time to play with your handheld...

Just tried the challenge.

Lol, I remember thinking the original Venom hot lap was tough.

When you want to go round a corner, the car doesn't want to turn, but when you want to go in a straight line all it wants to do is twitch all over the place.

I can see this is going to be an extremely frustrating final challenge.

I see someone has managed to get another 3 tenths out of the challenge so far. I say 'someone', because all I see is the scrolling dots everywhere in place of peoples names as nothing is loading properly. I'll wait until it's normal again before getting back on it, last thing I need is the stress of times not saving!

Not sure if it's moved on since, but when I was on this morning e5 was top, you were second and Ian was third. All in the 1:19s.

He's pipped me again? I knew that 19 flat wouldn't last, I was all over the shop in the first sector. I could do a 1:18.3 if I could keep it together for all 3 sectors.

I got a 19.1 last night so I'm guessing you're top if u got a 19 flat today. Still plenty of time to go and I only need to stay a couple of places ahead of claymore 😉

There's either less people taking part in community challenges or they've narrowed the fame reward increments, or a combo of the two. I'm sure I remember yonks ago earning well over 100k fame just for being inside the top 50 on a challenge. Looking at the challenges now, you'd need to win a 250 participant challenge just to scrape 100k!

No wonder the club challenges are dead - speaking of which they haven't been working for me the last couple of days, annoying since I'm 30 away from another accolade level.

It's almost not worth doing the community challenges, since thinking of DS3 here - we can earn anywhere from 20-30k per 1 minute lap race of Maplewood 02 or Tamil Nadu 2.

Lost and Found:
If anyone sees two seconds lying around on the track on a double right hander near the end of the current challenge, they are my two seconds and I would like them back please.

Only went out to have a go with DC + Spotify, which is rather good as it turns out.
