My fastest laps have always been my 'out' laps. I always over cook the first corner on a flying lap.

Great time, any idea what your sectors were? Because as usual, your ghost probably won't show for me.

33.3, 32.3, 29.0 there's definitely more time to be had though as on my 1:34.517 lap I had a 33.2 first sector and a 28.4 last sector.

I managed a 1:42.555 but the time didn't record.
Did you save a screenshot of it?

Until they fix it, this is how I've been going about it -

My best laps have been when I don't cock up the blind corners after the tunnel. Took me a dozen go's just to work that bit out but tough to do consistently.

Same here and turn 2 for me.
For the tunnel section it has taken me a while to find a camera view that I can use that allows me the chance to see the bend

Yeah, that's one strong barrier after the tunnel. I always think the spectators should jump or dive out the way when I smack into it

I always use the behind the car view so can never see it, just had to remember what angle to have the car as you exit the tunnel.

Well I did a few runs last night and got my time down to 1:41 but it didn't save my time Really disappointed as I had found 3 seconds in that one run. I know I'm still a long way off the top but felt good getting closer

Keep at it, the more you try the more time you'll save.

I managed to knock another 0.5s off my time today, and the leaderboard updated properly for a change.

Ian's challenge results - page 1 and page 2.

So frustrating trying to hook up 3 perfect sectors, could've got another second out of that but I'd always stuff it up on the bridge leap whenever I had 2 green sectors on the go.

Thanks Lisa, and well done. I've been having connection issues since the weekend, seems better this evening so hopefully get more chance with the next challenge!

Happy with a third place finish. I checked with about a hour to go as thought it may have been clawed back had I did get a 1:32.2XX but it never registered. That was a good challenge. I could've maybe got second as I was ahead of Lisa until that big bridge but the pressure got to me and a folded. (My 9 "attempts" weren't actual attempts, those were the amount of different times I recorded. If I wasn't going to beat my time, I just restarted)

Well done Lisa. I had one last go earlier tonight, but when I saw you had improved your time I gave up. The number of times I stacked it over the bridge after getting a great line out the tunnel was infuriating.

Good challenge Ian.

And the winner is...no drifting.
