Ignore the worst two results of each person when scoring the championship? (so that those that missed an event or two aren't penalised).
That's a good one. It takes a little bit of pressure off people trying to compete.

I like the constructors idea too except I wouldn't have it random. I'd have it choose your own teammate.

(Sony has my PS4 now so I'm hoping to get it back next week. That was a long 3 months)

I'd go with random teammates personally to avoid any possibly awkward scenarios of people feeling like they were only picked because they were the last one.

But yeah I like your other suggestions claymore of alternating the event type and ignoring the worst results.

^this is also why picking your own teammate is a bad idea

Let's not forget that in this scenario, Lisa would have a choice in the matter. She might not like Ian , she might prefer someone else.

The thing about random partners is, say there are 14 of us starting off and we pair off into seven groups of two. What happens when Joe Soap joins us and he has nobody to pair with. You could say pair him with the next addition who joins us but then you're just lumping the two new people together, and that doesn't seem fair either.

We could just do the team scores for everyone that starts, if anyone joins they can just do individual, so they'll still have a reason to take part.

As for selecting partners, we could work out an average score for all races in the 2 champs for each driver, and then pair up the highest and lowest, then next highest and lowest, and so on.

All the updates are cumulative, so for the most recent update the total will show as 10gb, but it will only actually download the difference between this and the prevous update (assuming you had the previous update, if you just got the game and are doing all the updates then yes it will be 10gb)

Even if you're just doing the most recent update, it does take a while (but I would hope not 14 hours)

Finally got all stars for all all tour events (until the next dlc drops). One thing I've noticed is the bonus paint jobs that are unlocked are nowhere to be seen. It says they are available in your garage now but I've still got the same selection. I've had a quick Google and it appears there should be a 'bonus' section but there isn't 😟. Has anyone else noticed this?

Edit: Found them in the tour section 😊.

Evolution Studios are saying it shouldn't have been put on the store yet. They are still preparing the servers for it.

I suppose. The games only been out 8 or 9 months after been delayed a year.

You keep fiddling with those servers Evolution. They just might be able to handle an online game someday.

Plus edition is launching tomorrow - http://blog.eu.playstation.com/2015/...adbpr=36969785

Getting some accolade farming done before the inevitable collapse of the servers when I try and get on tomorrow.

Shouldn't be a problem. The PS+ version will be offline only at first, and opened up to players gradually to limit issues.
