If you purchase the full game you'll get access to all 225 stars in the tour, plus the first two dlc packs. ( actually you might be able to get the first two dlc packs already, I'm not sure you'd need to check). You'll also get access to the other locations - Scotland, Norway, Japan, Chile, and Canada, and a lot more cars.
The 'full game' doesn't include the season pass, which is a separate purchase. It gives access to all other 16 dlc packs. Each pack contains events totalling 45 stars, so that will give you 1035 stars in total to go for. Some of these events will be in the startline tour. The dlc packs also give you additional liveries and cars.
All in all, I think the season pass has been very good value for money. There may be more content added, but it will not be covered by the season pass which ended with the last two packs that were released last week.

My game keeps dropping connection then reconnecting as well. I was wondering if it was to do with the ps plus games being out today, because my down load of Lara Croft is ridiculously slow as well.

Anyone else having trouble downloading the latest dlcs (e.g. united in speed etc) ? I've got season pass, but they're not downloading.

I'm sure that I normally download them from my ps4 or the site, and they show up a message when they're installed. Right now, they don't even show up under downloads

It says purchased... I could have sworn... anyway checked under downloads and none of the others dlcs show up there either, so all is fine I guess

Yeah, I saw that. Not unexpected really.
The last corner is a pain, I just can't score consistently.
On the plus side, at over 10k each go, the fame points are racking up fast.
It's a weird track for drifting. One of those events where driving as if you're drunk and don't know how a car works will get you the highest points.
The first corner on the other drifting track is worse. I can easily score zero on that one.
