I should have kept quiet on that I noticed you taken it back by 19 seconds 😃

I had a right old game earlier going back to the cars for the first time in yonks to get the new levels. I'd got so used to the way you have to turn in early with the bikes, I was all over the shop until the old muscle memory kicked back in.
Yeah, I saw your time on the ds survolt for the first of the new levels, I was like 'omg, she actually nearly crashed there!!!'

I did crash on that last Lykan one. I'd hit all those pesky hairpins perfectly and went too hot going for the tunnel. I still beat the clock, but it would've been near 3:34 without that incident.

Really impressed with the lobbies. Best online I've ever seen in a race game.

Really good laugh online & some brilliant races. Especially that last one where there was only one second between the front 4. No lag at all, lots of customisation & lots of fun.

Yeah that was great fun! I'm still on broadband but there was zero lag whatsoever. Only thing worth changing like Ian said would be to make the random grid actually random and not just host in last place, everybody else random. The level of different options for the host to tinker with is brilliant though. Also it's not like with when you join up with people in the multiplayer lobbies and you're immediately thrown from one event to the next. If you want to schedule breaks, you can if you were intending a heavy session on it.

Voice chat worked well once it was in party mode, at first I was only hearing half a sentence. I've only got the standard mic that came with the PS4, might have to get a headset or try the iphone earphones instead, because the bloody thing kept falling out mid race.

Never, ever do cockpit view, night time, on bikes, in the snow is another top tip!

Tweeted DC/Rushy about the grid issue. They're going to take a look at it and try and fix it.

Bah, missed it. Had a quick game of Overwatch then lost 2 hours of my life, there goes midweek gaming time. Going to make a regular thing of it?

Hopefully.

And the more people we get on at the one time the better it will be.

Yeah, I enjoyed that last night. Was quite impressed by how easy it was to join in the session that you were all in.

Only issue I had was a high pitched whine coming from one of your mics, not sure who it was.

But brilliant fun overall. And if we ever manage 12 of us on at the same time, it'd be an absolute blast, not to mention pure carnage!

The high pitch whine will be from iains apple headphones. It does same when my brother uses them on battlefield. Not sure why it does this but if standard mic is in its perfect. Soon as Apple ones in then noise appears.

I had the apple ones plugged in too, o don't know where my ones are that I got with the PlayStation.

I hope that there'll be an update to create a custom championship. Everyone was more or less equal last night so it would've been interesting to see how we got on over the course of a few races

Just started my download too. Funny how it let you choose to download multiplayer or zombies first, not the campaign

I meant to say last night, given that it looks like we're getting a free pack for bikes (possibly two - not sure if both of the next packs are Bikes or not), it kind of alleviates any issues I had last week with the price. The bikes handle well, they're sufficiently different from cars that it does make it different to play, and the skill events make a great addition.

Having Bikes, private lobbies, and new levels hit at the same time really has breathed some new life back into the game.

Yeah, the other day I thought bikes were fun but didn't think it would keep me with the game once NFS came out today but with all the new things added & on the way, I'm loving this game again.

Finally got 1035/1035 stars with the cars

I'm really struggling with the bikes though. I can't win a race, never mind do a clean lap in a ridiculously fast time at the same time One bump & you're at the back of the pack
