Gnnng. Imagine how good the challenges are going to be when the weather get's added and you can set it so it starts off dry but ends in a downpour. Will completely change them up. Weather weather, where are thou sweet weather?
"Carl Morley: Remember you promised weather before the end of the year evo....." "Gareth Battersby: I think it will come around the same time as Decembers DLC" "Driveclub: You can hold us to it." |

I could do without having 2 of my own ghost. I'm fine having my best and first placed driver but don't really need to see what I done last lap.

I'm making steady progress on my own time though not passing anyone. At one stage I was right on my lap and thought I'd improve only to be .001 slower. Ouch.

Actually on second thoughts it looks more like sleet, that's why I never use that camera angle.

Really struggle with the handling in this game. I was fine on the hot hatches but find the semi-pro cars really twitchy. Frustrating really as I want to love the game but am finding it tough to get to grips with.

That track with 4 or 5 tunnels on it is tricky enough as it is. Imagine it in torrential rain or snow and the wet/dry changes in grip and handling during the tunnel section.

I hope the weather does effect the handling and it's not just for show

Wonder how it'll look with bumper cam. Wish I'd stuck with inside view now.

Ok I had another half hour there and couldn't better my time. So that's me done for this challenge.
I can be well ahead of Lisa until just into the second sector, there's a left hander that I just couldn't nail, and after that turn, Lisa just cruises past me. Grrrrrr. |

I wonder if it's possible for black ice to form in the Norway tracks. The Scotland ones too, for that matter. |

Just watched the facebook video, wow! So glad we've all kept going with this game, and hope the weather adds to the game and doesnt ruin it (playable wise, graphically it looks awesome!)

The weather system is stunning. Adding a whole new level of detail on top of an already amazing looking game feels like an incredible feat.
Oh, and just in case it's not been mentioned before, private lobbies will be coming in a future update. Should be handy for you DS racers. |

Once I completed this i swapped it at my local game shop for Driveclub and only cost £7 to swap it. I've not went online yet but I'm enjoying it so far. I wish there was decent music to play while racing.

But you can also do a custom soundtrack off a USB stick if you want. |

Grrr @ omtt.
I was content sitting in 4th place. Had a little look this morning to find I was in 5th and you'd jumped up the table. |

Update live now
Yuffie, you're still second, I was third. Still time to be gained as I'm half a second ahead of Lisa after section but she just fleas through the next 2 Edit: can't see snow! The settings for cloud cover are: random, clear, cloudy, overcast, storm. For precipitation, the settings are: Dynamic, dry, light precipitation & heavy precipitation. Tried a track on Norway and it was just rain |

I got a race where it snowed a bit but I was expecting it to by lying on the road etc It was really more like sleet and hard to tell the difference from the rain. The lightning storms are cool though 😎⚡️
