Is everyone happy with the 3 day challenges or should it be 2 ?
Just a lot of folk seem to max out their time on first day.
I think 3 is about right - gives a little bit of flexibility at having a decent bash at it when real life gets in the way.

Twitter reply from DriveClub that private lobbies coming in a "future update". Here's hoping it's not too far away!

I can't better my time, so looking to the next one.

Tried a few community challenges
In fact tried subs wet race. Jeez that road gets really wet.

I actually almost feel like saying sorry to evolution for initially slating this game. It's fantastic. Reminds me of when criterion kept giving new things to burnout paradise. The fact they give free tracks also links well with guerrilla giving maps to killzone sf for free.

I do still sometimes get a blue CE if browsing challenge leaderboards so hope they pick up on that one.

I couldn't seem to get anywhere with this challenge last night, so for a laugh I tried a track with 'Stormy' and 'Heavy Precipitation' selected.

Wow, just wow.

The water effects on the windscreen are just superb.

I generally play in third person view anyway, but I did try it on cockpit view yesterday. I found myself just staring at the pool of water just below the wipes. The way it reacts to your speed and direction is just totally mesmerising. Another reason to stick with third-person - I couldn't keep my eyes on the road!

Can you click on the challenge>Forward>Add Recipient and then my name. I don't seem to have had a game alert or this challenge appear in my received list.

Just thinking about this game. I really think project cars and any next GT have an awful lot to live up to.

Has challenge been sent out yet or waiting till 9?

Also any news on the new pack tiles on the tour ?

I'd prefer everyday cars if honest. I want say a fiesta st or astra and the likes.

^ That is the new challenge as stormy was next after me, but I don't think they've set it up properly as none of us have received the challenge. So it depends when they're next online to correct it.

These are the new cars that'll no doubt feature in the events of the new Redline pack -

* The Redline Car Pack includes 5 new cars: Mercedes SLS AMG E-Drive, McLaren F1 LM, Renault Alpine A110-50, Ferrari 458 Speciale, and Chevrolet Corvette Stingray.

Just a hunch, but I reckon the Elements pack will feature wet races and such. I noticed on the normal tour stuff there's a crossed out raindrop next to the leaderboards to indicate they were all dry times.

Oh I see what's happened - stormy hasn't even set it up as a challenge. It's there on the single player time trial>India>Bandipur>Dynamic precipitation and a non-crossed out raindrop on the leaderboard. So we've just got to be trusted to do it right it seems.
