Yeah fine by me. I'll be out most of Xmas day anyway.

Can't figure where claymore is making almost 2 secs on me in this challenge. I think it's the 2nd last corner before going uphill. Must be taking that quite quickly.

At sparky seems all the titled digispy clubs are full. Maybe you could create a digispy6 and this will allow any other new folk to join up. Not sure if there are others without club but probably a few will appear come Thursday.

I'd make it invite only as even my son created a club called messi something and notice that is now full of randoms.

Probably goes without saying but it pays to just peek in on the community levels. It lists the ones with Highest fame first. Even a lowly score can earn some nice fame. I always try to pick up a couple each day if I can. I don't earn mega amounts but I'm sure a few of you would.

Blame gillyallen. He gave it away saying you were 2 seconds ahead of him.

What do you prefer appears on your track as you go? Driving line challenge, average speed or drift?
I love the speed ones, though can be handy as you get to know a track to see the driving line one.

Same as you - driving line can be good when it comes to getting to know the track; I find average speed ones are good as they let you know when you can push it a bit and also how well you're doing during the lap.

Drifts are fairly pointless for me - if I beat one it's usually because I've stuffed up the corner and crashed off the side.

I prefer the driving line ones, especially on the challenge from last week in the changeable weather on the India track. That red corner before hitting the final straight kept messing it up for me.

Only done one lap on this challenge and was too but I'm guessing im about 6th now lol

You were still up there omtt. I couldn't believe I had done about 10+ laps and you had done one. Shows how poor I am.

Any idea what it counts as an attempt? I started a session last night and was showing 11, when I finished I was showing 17, but was pretty sure I'd done more than 6 laps?

Does it just take pity on you if you completely stuff it up ???

lol. I don't know, it just seems like it doesn't count every lap. If I did 6 laps, at just over 1:30 each lap that's under 10 mins - I'm sure I was on for longer than that.

I'll keep a note of them next time I'm on.

What do we think that project cars would bring to the table that driveclub doesn't ?
I just can't imagine myself.

The driving line ones are handy when it's a night event. The average speed ones are good as well when the ghosts have packed up to get an idea of how well you've taken a sharp bend, especially on that India wet challenge we did. You knew you were onto a good lap and how to replecate that last turn if you were right on or better than the average speed through that section.
