I play on bumper cam and is frustrating if you get up close to cars as can't see where you're going.
Change views you say !!
Trouble is the other views now look so slow. There is no sense of speed at all that it looks boring.

I get the same issue with the bonnet cam, but as the AI is pretty good I usually just try to follow them for a bit before they get ready for the next corner when I go up the inside.

It also helps as I'm still grinding towards the drafting accolade. Only 71 miles to go...

I played a bit of Driveclub last night on my new projector.

84 inches of 1080p loveliness.

Didn't improve my driving, but damn it was impressive.

Oh wow you're nearly there. I haven't checked that set of accolades in ages. Is it the ps trophy you're going for ?

Optoma HD141X, 1080p and 3D. Only £399. It's got a gaming mode for minimal lag. Really impressed with it.

Yip, going for the trophy. It's the game mode one that's going to be a grind though, don't have any of them on level 5 yet.

After that I just need to reach level 50 (47 atm) and the solo challenges one for the plat.

I think we'll stick with that schedule but start again (as not many people tried gillyallens with the hacks and Xmas). What do ye think ?? Should we start from tomorrow ?? Everything should be going back to normal.

Ok, let's do this so. E5on you up for setting a challenge tomorrow ???

Remember newcomers, you will need to add us on PSN so we can send you the challenge. If you want in (and you should) then be vocal and let us know!

We have a rota of who chooses the challenges. Just shout and I'll add you to the list

Also, happy new year to all Driveclubbers

Just a small point. When folk are sending me small individual challenges I'm not sure if you want me to actually compete or just do a token lap. I normally presume you're going for the trophy, so only do a token lap.

Ah, good point. If you receive an individual challenge from me, please try and beat it! I'm not really interested in trophies so I don't mind at all! Likewise please let me know if you just want me to do a slow lap on a challenge, otherwise I will assume the gauntlet has been thrown down and I have to beat your time!

Happy New Year folks. All the best for 2015.

Been doing a few of your challenges. I'm mixing it up between trying to beat them and setting a rubbish time in case anyone's going for the trophy.

What have you got for us E5?

Challenge has been sent. A nice easy one for the start of the year.

Time trail
Audi rs 5 coupe
Wester Ross reverse in Scotland
Light precipitation

I think I've invited most of you but if there's anyone I've forgotten or haven't got on my friends list just give me a shout on here or send me a message and I'll forward it to you.

PSN E5onAMP

Happy new year driveclubbers and have fun 👍

Happy new year all too, may your tyres stay firmly stuck to the track.

Look forward to the challenge again though probably have to wait till tonight for a bash now. I've had my shot, kids have claimed it and think footie on today.

Happy New Year DC'ers!

Whenever I see 'Wester Ross' my mind always changes it to 'Westeros'
