Hi - I've just upgraded my mothers contract to a Blue iPhone 5c - it's due to be delivered tomorrow. She has now decided that it's the green one she wanted and not the blue. Will I be able to either return it to Three and exchange for a green or take it into a Three store?

Yes, you have 14 days to return no questions asked, as long as you do not open the box, and it's returned in it's original condition.

As for returning in a store or online, it depends how you upgraded possibly, but I don't know how Three work. I'd imagine you'd be able to take it in store.
