Same here!

She has not failed any dance, but has steadily improved her dancing skills. She deserves to win.

I hope so too .

She is the 2nd favorite to win with the bookies and Im happy with that. She peaked at the right moment imo. She has the mometum since her disco salsa .

You really could have put this in your other Abbey thread Terry, the theme is the same.

All the same, I will offer my congratulations to Abbey. Another quarter of a million in the bank is a better prize than the actual Glitterball (though I still hope she gets that too ).

I think Abbie has already received a wonderful prize-one that has great value: self confidence!

Over the weeks she has grown from a shy, rabbit-in-the-headlights contestant to a confident young woman, relishing her dancing and radiating oodles of confidence.

Crouch must be worth a few mill. I am sure Abbey would prefer the Glitterball. Would be a real boost to her confidence.

The Glitter Ball is nice but a girl does need a little nest egg of her own just in case.

That's a very nice summary Dragonlady, do you think that Abbey is winning material ?

I honestly don't know. I think her new-found confidence is still fragile so she could go either way. I just wish her the very best of luck and hope this confidence stays with her.

I'd like Abbey to win. Never thought I'd have thought that at the start of the series but I honestly think she's the best dancer, if you combine talent, technique, charisma and performance level. Natalie just doesn't connect with the dance or with Artem enough for me,despite her being a really good dancer.

I was listening to a radio interview with Anton and he said Abbey was the best ballroom dancer out of all the celebs. Whether his opinion counts for anything is another matter but certainly where ballroom is concerned I think he knows what he is talking about.

In terms of chemistry with their partner Abbey scores highly as well. Susanna and Kevin have a great rapport but it's not chemistry in it's truest form.

Confidence is a fragile thing Dragonlady, lets hope it stays with Abbey all the way through the final.

On ITT, Ian Waite also made a point of saying he had a dance with her backstage and she is "a lovely dancer". I don't think she can beat either a Paso or a Charleston in the final though, so will be content with watching her Showdance (I say that now...).

Thank you I missed that, I often wondered what goes on back stage.
