Hey guys,

My sister dropped her phone and needs to get a replacement. It's a Samsung Galaxy S2.

Excuse my ignorance, but as it has a Virgin sim, does she need to buy a phone from Virgin? Or can she shop around, buy elsewhere, and just use the Virgin sim?

They've quoted possible replacements as Samsung Galaxy Ace £90 and S-G Young at £65, which don't seem too bad.

Her contract doesn't end till April 18th, so can't explore that option.

Thanks.

She can get any phone from anywhere as long as it's not locked to another network.
