"T-Mobile was the most complained about operator this autumn, with consumers unhappy about billing and complaint handling.

Ofcom's eleventh quarterly report found that the operator generated above average complaints at 0.13 per 1,000 customers. The findings are not good reading for parent EE as T-Mobile's sister company, Orange, also received complaints above the industry average. This is the fourth quarter in a row both operators have been in the top two of most complaints generated.

Virgin Mobile faired badly this quarter, with 0.09 complaints for every 1,000 customers, exceeding the average for the first time in two years. O2 continued to receive the fewest complaints for the ninth quarter in a row, while Vodafone and Three were second and third respectively."
