Hey

I need advice and fast. Since May 2013 I have had issues with my 3G signal. I am a T-Mobile customer and have been for over 8yrs and not had a single issues til May of this year.

The signal at best gets only 2 bars and at worst the signal is just not there. I still manage to get texts out and calls etc...but sometimes I cant. I have called T-Mobile in excess of over 20 times to resolve the issue. I even changed my sim card, then changed the phone..twice. Still having issues. And on the previous handsets, still issues with signal. Atm my query has been passed onto the escalation dept and I ticket is due to be raised in order to get it fixed. Over the course of the last several months, I was told network issues....masts down....upgrades all sorts but whatever is going on the issue is still there. Good side though is that T-Mobile have refunded me 6 months worth and added a £5 discount until the issue is resolved. So that's is why I am sticking with them.

But im at the end of my teather and need to make a complaint or talk to someone in order to force T-Mobile/EE to fixed this ASAP.

Any ideas guys...?
