looking at this phone is it worth the money about £150 on payg with vodafone or less if I use my points as well

Have you looked at the moto g instead.

I bought my child the s3 mini, not a bad phone but not sure I would recommend it.

The Moto G has had excellent reviews and price-wise is great specification wise.

I know someone who has the Galaxy S3 Mini and I've yet to hear him say a good word about it!
