Last year I had reindeer for crimbo dinner, the year before lobster, venison , llama and zebra

Any other suggestions? As I'm trying to find something different and interesting to eat?
Bald eagle?

Polar bear is poisonous to humans; something to do with toxicity & the high level of vitamins in its liver.

What about crocodile?

Waiter, bring me a crocodile sandwich and make it snappy!

I've eaten Guinea Pig in Ecuador.
Our local Indian restaurant has ostrich on the menu - farmed locally.

Have you tried goose?
I know it's traditional but I bet many haven't tried it and stick to turkey, beef and ham.

How about other game birds?

Never had Ostrich but I totally agree about the Kangaroo. I had it loads in Australia. Tastes like really, really good steak.

Frogs legs would make a tasty starter if you can source them.
