Software update problem
When I try to update the software on my BT Youview box I get the message 'download failed'. If the software in the box is the latest the box said so. This doesn't happen. Has anybody else had this problem?
My box was last updated on the 8th Dec. The current software is Manu S/W 15.11.0, Comp S/w 2.1.14, Platform conf 714, and ISP conf 58. Is my box faulty? |

Hi, there should be a new ISP config. Try turning the box off at the mains and then trying to do a software update again when you power it back up.
