With filling up my NW-HD3 in mind, is there a location on the net that has the VH1, VH2 MTV etc. Top 40 ..., 50 Greatest ... programmes tracking listings?

I'm not looking for the songs to download, just the actual playlists.

Cheers,

There's a full list of the Indie 500 on the VH1 website - http://www.vh1.co.uk/shows/indie500.jhtml

Don't know about the others.

Thanks for that.

It's a shame they only list that VH2 show. VH1 have a couple of lists but nothing like a full set.

Will keep looking.

I'd be surprised if MTV post them anywhere. If they were on-line, we'd be able to see that every single one of MTV's/ VH1's lists are probably made up of the same 200 or so songs. Take the '100 Greatest Ever Songs'. Extract all the male artists and chuck a few more in and you've got the '50 Greatest Ever Males', ditto for the females, UK bands, US bands, floor-fillers, videos etc.

Hi thumper,

I'm not sure if you're into dance music or not but I found these Playlists for 'The Anthems' series which aired on MTV Dance over the summer:

The only other listing I know of is the Indie 500 which Chris has pointed out.

Cheers again,

I've taken the selfhelp route, setting up the Sky+ to record those series I would be interested in and manually copying the listings.

Once finished, I guess the next thing to do would be to publish them myslef on the web.

Oh, and the lists do chuck up the same song often enough.
