I didnt understand the panic when XP became unsupported.
I used long after & I dare say many thousands world wide are still using it now. The same will apply to Vista. As I write this I am listening to my radio station right now which is running XP, has been running 24/7 and continuously connected to the internet for the past three years with a short break when we moved house. Prior to running the station on XP, it ran on Windows 2000 for a lot of years, four or five of which were unsupported. In actual fact its been a bit of a boon because you dont get the computer restarting after installing updates which takes the station down. |
