Hello
I have just spent a week in hospital seriously ill (I won't bore you with the details) and came home a couple of days ago. My wonderful cat gave me such a warm welcome! I got the impression he had really missed me (although my husband was still here). When I got home, I put him on my lap and he purred so loudly, and did that thing that cats do with their paws where they look like they're kneading bread, up and down on your jumper. Also, he seemed more gentle and sensitive than usual,he really did, as if he knew I was ill and needed to take more care with me than usual.
To my cat: I salute him!
