samsung smart tv app
anyone know which app i need on my iphone/ipad so that i can swipe photos from them onto my new samsung smart tv.

Try iMedia Share, free from the apple app store. It's a bit slow but it is free and it does mp3s as well. Your iPad and TV should both be logged on to your house router as normal (not the TV). If you want something much better Apple TV is said to be good but it costs £99. I don't know how you get the pictures on screen on a Samsung as I have a Sony but it will be in the manual somewhere!
