Lincolnshire Chipolatas have been an integral part of our Christmas dinner for as long as I can remember but this year I can't find any anywhere. Has anyone spotted them??

It's beginning to look as though I'm going to have to use Cumberlands as a substitute and I know this is going to cause complaint from a couple of elderly relatives!

Merry Christmas x

I have this problem too. I think when you bite into them the dialect gives them away.

Is there that much of a difference?

I sometimes buy Linconshire or Cumberland as a change to regular pork sausages but don't tend to know the difference between the two. I just know they pack and extra punch over plain porkies.

Thanks all, last try will be Morrison's today - my Mother (94) is already moaning at me as if I've not found them on purpose! Perhaps they should all cook their own dinner and spend 6 hours driving themselves around

Merry Christmas x
