According to MSN today this is the placing's. They report Abby as a shock win. The publics Fav came in 2nd Susanna and Natalie 3rd. It does not state if this an official result.

Shock to you? I was a bit shocked Natalie placing 3rd to be fair I invisaged her votes rocketing after her performance's last night.

Don't know how they can say that - the actual voting figures are never revealed.

They might have speculated because Tess told Fforsyth to talk to the runners up, Susanna and Kevin, but I took that to mean because she'd already spoken to the other runners up, Natalie and Artem. We will never know unless the BBC publish the votes.

People sat on their hands with Natalie since she looked semi-pro from the beginning and left it too late to engage the audience.
It was obvious to the public that Susanna was not the best dancer.
This left Abby to sneak in there, with any votes at all.

After eleven series I suppose we should know to expect some voting surprises, but I'm still quite shocked that Natalie didn't do better than that. I thought her showdance and AS would have swayed things much more, even taking into account any bias against previous experience.

Seeing as we'll never know, to me Natalie came second

Natalie and Susanna were joint second as were Denise and Kimberley last year its on the web under scd results

I wish they would reveal who got 2nd and 3rd. It annoyed me last year that we never found out that between Kimberley and Denise and now it annoys me again this year with Susanna and Natalie. I would suspect/speculate that Susanna got 2nd and Natalie got 3rd though, but yeah I have no idea.

It's no good wishing they'd reveal it - they won't. And if you supported Susanna, it's no good wishing that she was 2nd - we'll never know - but you can believe that if it makes you happy. Likewise with Natalie supporters.

Exactly, it is the best of all worlds really.

There is no silver or bronze award in Strictly, but as the celebs usually take part to raise their profile, surely getting to the final is proof enough they have public support.
