For many of us, me included, making all your food from scratch is not feasible, so I do buy some processed food.

One of the things I struggle with every year is trying to find a nice plain yule log. Every thing seems to be 'chocolate fudge', never plain chocolate.

Anyway I found a nice looking one in the Coop just now so hopefully it will be ok.

Same with basic foods like stuffing, it has to have a plethora of other ingredients within it, also the trend for putting tons of sweet flavours with things like orange and cranberry, its never done well and completely jars with the flavour of th original item.
