Every morning, me and my sister bring all of our presents to our parents marital bed where we open them and spend the morning eating chocolate. After brunch with cakes and stuff, we go for a walk. Then the guests arrive (though none are coming tomorrow- gone are the days when over 40 people crammed into our apartment for an Xmas feast), we used to stay up late playing games and stuff

Happy Christmas to you too. Hope you have a really nice time.

I'm cooking. Small family affair. All the prep done. Lazy morning.

Dinner at 3.00pm

Other family members after that for a few drinkies and a bit of craic.

Most have small children so it's never a late affair.

Downton at 8.30.

I am in my house but my parent's are ill so I'm on my own drinking rose wine until my sister & family arrive. This is NOT normally the routine though.

my day will be get up take dog for quick walk, get dressed properly, jump in car to local country park walk dog, come home, get changed if muddy. have breakfast.

rest of day will involve cooking christmas dinner and watching films on tv then evening means walk with the dog then settle down to watch the soaps.

pretty much like a normal weekend day

Morning will consist of walking the dog, then a quick trip to the pub before heading back for lunch. Opening presents and playing games in the afternoon. Might watch some telly in the evening depending on how bored we get then its back home,

I usually work until 3am XMas Eve and if I don't then I'm at a house party with friends so my answer is - desperately try and avoid any children as long as I can.

We have a big party at home so I don't get to see EastEnders when it is actually on. It will be the first thing I do when everyone goes home though.
