Who else has tried it since the success of it on the show?

I got the tin of beans with the sausages in to add protein and make it abit more filling!

Lol. It didn't look or sound very attractive, bearing in mind how hungry they all kept saying they were.

I think you need to leave the sausage out.

Ha ha, that reminds me of when my mum buys WeightWatchers meals and defeats the purpose by adding, for example, cheese because "it's boring on its own"!

Beans are vegetable , not first class, protein and carbohydrate. A 429g can of beans and sausages is around 550 calories, Rinse all the sauce off, remove the sausage and you are nearer to the beans they eat, plus rice. They reckon they get around 500 calories a day on IAC. That creates real hunger and is not good over a longer period of time , nutritionally or for long term weight loss.

It depends how much rice they had in them dishes too as rice is full of calories for what you get

Who originally came up with the idea?
